Lmarcus Dominique Harper was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, 0 to 2 ounces, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on July 6, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Harper, a 24 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 6, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 8606 Lone Maple.
