Erwin Burley was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, driving with expired registration, ffailure or refusal to pay toll and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) on June 23, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
