A Houston man was arrested and charged with assault of a family or household member (impeding breath), burglary of a home, oper of vehicle w, wrong plate, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on June 6, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
