Michael Manning was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, 0 to 2 ounces, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), ffailure stop desig point, stop sig and no texas operatorattendant driver's license on May 20, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Manning, a 24 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 21, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 15911 Vista Delmar.
