Chris Fegans was arrested on charges of trespassing on property or in a building (no departure), violating a promise to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and ffailure to signal lane change on May 11, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Fegans, a 20 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 12, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 15023 Four Winds Dr.
