    Now that's a really cool school assembly

    Houston Texans football players Dunta Robinson and Fred Bennett spoke to students from Stafford Middle School's Community Learning Center on Tuesday afternoon.

    The assembly was held in partnership with the Character Development Academy, Beyond the Bell.

    The program encourages youth development academically, socially and physically through mentorships by current and former athletes, business leaders and community officials, a news release states.

    Former Texans player Jason Simmons, along with his wife Tiffany, founded the program.

    During the assembly, the Texans players encouraged students to excel socially, physically and academically.
